Ms Fandel’s professional responsibilities in the Ministry include: curricula development; project development; evaluation of the VET-department activities and training activities from providers applying for quality label and financial support; accreditation of trainers in adult education and development of quality assurance system for VET. She is also a commissioner for final exams in initial VET and was a member of ENQA-VET.
