The second EQAVET Sectoral Seminar will focus on the quality assurance of training in the tourism and catering sector.
It will be hosted by the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB), Section "Quality Assurance and Development/Instruction Personnel/Distance Learning/DEQA-VET" and will take place in Dortmund, Germany, on 8 and 9 December 2011.
Participants will reflect on how quality assurance of VET are addressed and managed within the tourism and catering sector in order to support the embedding of the European Quality Assurance Reference Framework within VET systems.
