Indicator 5 Operational definition Which examples Why this could help
  1. Destination of VET learners at designated point in time after completion of training, according to the type of programme and the individual criteria;
  2. Share of employed learners at designated point in time after completion of training, according to the type of programme and the individual criteria.
  1. Proportion of VET programme completers who are placed either in the labour market, further education or training (including university) or other destination within 12-36 months after the end of programme;

     
  2. Percentage of VET programme completers who are employed one year after the end of training.
4- using agreed information and data collection systems helps to measure progress in a systematic and consistent way
7 – using feedback from employers, students and others makes it more likely that programme are designed in ways that help to make completers employable
10 – if stakeholders, particularly employers, are actively involved in designing training programmes, they will be more confident in the capabilities of those completing programmes
