The Forum was built around the topic of ‘continuing VET and adult learning; and how quality assurance is supporting adults to turn their ideas into reality’. The Forum provided first hand evidence of the implementation of the new Finnish VET strategy, assessment and the changing role of teachers, digitalisation and strengthening policies of inclusion and developing career advice.
The day long programme was built around a number of testimonies from Finnish students and teachers working at AMIEDU School in Helsinki and presented case studies from Finland and other Member States.
The Forum provided an opportunity for genuine exchange between learners, VET providers, practitioners and those with responsibilities for quality assurance at VET system level.
The venue for the Forum was:
Taitotalon kongressikeskus, Keittiƶmestari, Amicom Oy, PL 151, Valimotie 8, 00381 Helsinki (www.taitotalo.com).
