Basic ICT skills

DEFINITION: The skills needed to use efficiently the elementary functions of  information and communication technologies to retrieve,assess, store, produce, present and exchange information, and to communicate and participate in collaborative networks via the internet. 

COMMENT: Basic ICT skills are now part of key skills/key competences.
