Curriculum review cycle

DEFINITION:  A systematic approach to evaluating, reviewing and revising  VET curricular areas and programmes within a specific timeframe which aims to identify gaps and weaknesses with a view to increasing curriculum effectiveness and continually improving VET learner/student learning experiences. Normally it involves several phases including: research and selection; revision and development; implementation; and evaluation and monitoring.
