Decent work
DEFINITION: The promotion of decent and productive work in conditions of freedom, equity, security and human dignity for women and men everywhere. The overarching objective embraces four strategic objectives: promoting rights at work; generating employment and income; extending social protection and social security; and strengthening social dialogue.
