The EQAVET Annual Forum 2016 will be organised by the EQAVET Secretariat on behalf of the European Commission as part of the European Vocational Skills Week which takes place from 5-9 December.
The Forum will focus on two key topics i) fostering VET graduate tracking, and ii) Improving quality assurance in VET, and in particular in work based learning. These topics have been identified in the New Skills Agenda as important action points in order to strengthen human capital, employability and competitiveness. They are therefore of particular importance in reflecting on the implications of the New Skills Agenda for our ongoing work in EQAVET.
The Forum will bring together policy makers, EQAVET experts, associations of VET providers, social partners and VET practitioners and will provide an opportunity for learning more about how these topics are being addressed in different European countries, sharing practical approaches and experience of working with EQAVET and networking with other participants.
The Forum will take place on 7 December at:
MCE Conference and Business Centre
Rue de l’Aqueduc 118
