The Advisory Committee for vocational training, composed of representatives from governments and social partners from more than 30 countries adopted on 5 December 2016 an Opinion concerning 'A shared vision on quality and effective apprenticeships' which is now available in all EU languages on the site of the European Alliance for Apprenticeships.
Erasmus+ celebrates 30 years: from Erasmus to Erasmus+
This year Erasmus turns 30. It has accompanied the European project for half of its life. This deserves being celebrated through a major campaign, which will also promote the European project and its policies.

The Council Recommendation on Upskilling Pathways: New opportunities for adults – was adopted in December 2016 and is available in all languages. The recommendation calls for new training opportunities for adults, by skills assessment, tailored and flexible offers and recognition of the skills.
